Villa Olimpia

Absolutely amazing. From the style of the house and the abundance of art works, to the incredible views and location, literally right across the sea, to the wonderful hospitality of hosts this small hotel is a rare and special gem. Rooms are well thought and perfectly appointed. The price is very good considering the prime location and the stylish nature of the property. Would absolutely return as I spend a memorable time with my family here, highly recommended for anyone traveling to Mondello. Thank you for such a great time!

Had a perfect three night stay in October. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and the host Naomi was kind enough to welcome us with a complementary prosseco to celebrate. The facilities were pristine, and the room service was done promptly and efficiently. The staff was super accomodating, up to and including the travel arrangements at a better rate (compared to Uber). Breakfast was warm and tasty. The property is right in front a beautiful beach in a bay on which you can walk 300 feet into the sea and still be in cristalline waist deep waters. We absolutely recommend everything about this place, and we are looking forward to our next visit, on which we’ll definetely stay here again!

I can not again say thank you enough to Villa Olimpia for how incredible our stay in Mondello was. We feel very lucky to have been able to spent time here and had a truly wonderful time. If you are staying in Mondello or Palermo please consider them for your stay.

Beautiful villa and garden with pool. Very nice room and great sea view. Secure parking. Calm and ideal on lovely beach. Have seen a lot of good places on many trips but few like that, which is the reason for that review.

The villa offers nicely renovated rooms with comfortable beds and a beautiful view over Mondello beach. The jacuzzi pool in the backyard is a lovely bonus and adds to the relaxing atmosphere. However, there are a few things that could be improved to enhance the guest experience. Some basic hospitality items were missing — such as toiletries, bathrobes, and higher-quality towels. Early check-in was difficult to arrange, and parking access wasn’t very convenient. With a bit more attention to these details, the stay could be truly exceptional.
